Chicago-based film screenwriter Steve Conrad sold his Lakeview home at the end of March for $1.68 million. Conrad purchased the 12-room home on Greenview Avenue with his wife in 2004 for $1.63 million according to the Cook County recorder of deeds. The Lakeview home has four bedrooms and three full baths.
Conrad has written screenplays for several Hollywood films including last year's "The Secret Life of Walter Mitty", "The Weatherman", "The Promotion" and "The Pursuite of Happyness". His first screenplay was for the film "Wrestling Ernest Hemingway" which he sold in 1988 at the age of 19.
