Sunday Feb 1 2015 fifth largest blizzard to ever hit Chicago
Chicago was hit big time with a snowstorm on super bowl Sunday. It didn't seem to stop the showings, with relentless snow I had eight showings between two properties and two offers. It was crazy, plus I had plans to attend a super bowl party (I ended up making the party while still negotiating the offers). This is not a typical for Realtors but rather the norm. When the market is hot it is hot and even a Blizzard doesn't slow it down. What is incredible is to see the weather and the conditions. The true buyer goes out and sees the properties, the lookers stay home and enjoy the snow.
